Cons: First intern class, so not very organized.

Pros: Incredible colleagues, caring people, wonderful application of AI. Truly making a difference in people's lives.

Cons: It is a startup, so it's messy and hard work, but as far as they go, this is a uniquely great one!

Pros: Leadership is solid, from Shiv to Brian to Julia to Sagar on down. They are measured, positive, and have a clear vision for the business. The clinician lead component of the business means we deeply understand our partners and their pains, and are open to their feedback. The technology makes a true positive difference in the lives of our end users, which isn't always the case in healthcare technology.

Cons: The team is growing at a rapid clip, and there are a lot of employees who have been here less than a year, so many people are ramping up at once. The market is shifting constantly from the government, competitors, and the global AI market. It's not a place for the complacent.
