DSP Software Engineer Interview Experience - Maynard, Massachusetts

Process

First, a phone interview with some background check.

Second, an onsite interview with three staff members, each one at a time, lasting two and a half hours. The members were friendly, and I did not feel any pressure at all.

Since I did not have enough software engineering background at that time and lacked knowledge of frequently used software tools in the industry, I did not make it. The interview process and the staff were pretty nice, though.
