I have never seen such a stupid interview process. The client round happened first, and then the Accenture interview, with an interview test in between. Finally, they closed my candidature without even intimating the status.

If they really don't want people to join, please don't schedule the interview itself, wasting candidates' time unnecessarily. Before attending this interview, I had a very good impression of Accenture. But after this, I really recommend not to join Accenture.
