The Accenture interview process starts with an online assessment that tests my cognitive ability, technical aptitude, coding skills, and communication proficiency. After I clear this stage, I attend the technical interview where I face questions on core computer science concepts like OOPs, DBMS, SQL, operating systems, and networking, along with my project understanding and problem-solving approach. The interviewer also asks me about my role, contributions, and the tools or technologies I use in my projects and internships. The final HR interview focuses on my personality, communication skills, and alignment with Accenture’s values, with questions that highlight my strengths, teamwork, adaptability, and career goals.
