Applied through LinkedIn. Got a message after a few weeks to answer an exam. I passed and HR called for an interview. HR messaged me about requirements and a final assessment. Received a job offer and was given 24 hours to accept it, but my name was wrong – incorrect spelling and lacking a second name on all documents. I told HR about this a few hours after they sent the job offer. It has been almost two days since the job offer, and I haven't received any feedback regarding it or even a correction to my name. Nothing. They ghosted me for whatever reason. So unprofessional. There's no way I will sign a job offer with an incorrect name. I turned down a possible job opportunity for this, but their unprofessionalism ruined my opportunity!
