Process

I have never seen such a pathetic interview process till today.

They asked me to come for an online test. The test contained questions related to a different domain, which was different from my technical domain. Somehow, I managed to crack the online test.

They asked me to come for a technical round, which would be in the next upcoming week. I got mail confirmation for that. Then I went to their premises, and they said my interview was not going to be scheduled today, though I had mail confirmation. Full waste of time.

Then, in the next month, they asked me to come for a technical round. I gave the technical round as well as the HR round on the same day.

They were supposed to send me feedback in 2 days, but I never got a single message or call from them. I was very much sure of my success, as my technical round feedback was excellent.

That's why I called their support center. They said I cleared the HR round and that my technical feedback was not filled in their portal. They conveyed the same thing to me 2-3 times.

In the month of March, I called to ask for the final status. Then they said I cleared both the technical and HR rounds and needed to wait for the manager round.

After 7-8 days, they sent me a rejection mail. This is the process they followed.
