After submitting my CV, I was invited to complete an online assessment via Accenture's talent platform. The assessment was untimed and took approximately two hours to complete.
It consisted of problem-solving exercises and behavioral questions based on workplace scenarios. Most of the questions were straightforward and aimed at evaluating how I approach challenges and collaborate in a team.
Following this, I participated in a virtual interview with a recruiter. This stage was task-based and centered around an imaginary client project. I was asked to write an email, propose a solution, and demonstrate how I would respond to a client scenario based on the information provided.
I am now progressing to the Business Strengths Interview stage. I also understand that, for the Modern Engineering track, a technical interview follows for candidates who are successful at this stage.
