Cons: It's not possible to speak up and propose solutions, or new ideas. The goals are decided by the C-level without prior involvement of the management layer. Later on, imposed on everyone every week without having the possibility to change or to provide feedback. Weekly sprints as a chaos symptoms without knowing where the product is leading, since the company takes any client request as a new feature in the existing sprint without refinement or challenge. The business team sales non-implemented features without validating with the engineering team the capacity and availability to build them, leading to extra working hours and delivering with bad quality,

Instead, the current approach often leads to delays, uncertainty, and a noticeable impact on motivation.
