The interviewer started by introducing himself, then asked me to introduce myself. After that, he moved on to behavioral questions, focusing on Amazon’s Leadership Principles. One of the main questions was:
"Tell me about a time you took the initiative."
For this, I shared a story where I identified a gap in my university’s student group project coordination. I took the initiative to set up a shared Kanban board using Trello and organized weekly stand-ups to ensure everyone was aligned. This improved communication and helped us finish ahead of schedule.
