I applied through a campus career fair event and was given a quick coding test there.
A few days later, I was contacted with an offer for an interview on campus that week.
The interview consisted of them asking me about my resume, followed by two coding-related questions.
They gave me a prompt for an application idea and asked me various questions about how I might implement it, and why I would do each thing the way I would. They were looking for more theoretical responses with little actual code provided.
They gave me a problem to solve with code, then revised the problem and asked me how I would change my solution. I had to write C++ code on paper for this solution.
