Beware of ghosting during the process.

I went through three rounds of interviews, including a full day onsite with multiple folks across engineering and leadership. Everything seemed to go well, and I was genuinely excited about the role and the team.

Then, nothing. No response, no feedback.

After checking Glassdoor, I realized I’m not alone. Looks like ghosting is unfortunately a pattern here.

If you’re thinking about interviewing, just be aware this might happen. It doesn’t reflect well on how they treat people.
