After you apply, the talent-acquisition/recruiter team reviews your resume for a match to the role (skills, background, big data/analytics/whatever fits the team).

If it matches, you’ll get contacted for a recruiter screening call.

Recruiter call (~30 minutes)

The recruiter will ask about your background (projects, experience), motivation for joining Databricks, role preference, location, etc.
