The process consisted of six rounds over nearly two months, including:
Each round was structured and relevant to the role. I appreciated the depth and quality of the questions, and the interviewers were professional and respectful throughout.
Unfortunately, after progressing through all six rounds — and investing significant time and effort (even during my paternity leave) — I received a generic rejection email stating that I was “not selected due to technical reasons.” There was no opportunity to receive feedback, nor was the final wrap-up interview (as outlined in their own interview guide) conducted.
