Process

After your resume and portfolio catch the eye of the recruiting department and you pass this initial screening, you will receive an email asking for your availability for an interview in the coming week. This part of the process can sometimes require you to fill out availability for multiple weeks ahead due to COVID-19 and the team needing to interview many others before you, depending on your position in the queue. Afterward, you will receive an email informing you that you have an interview scheduled for a certain date and time, and you will do your best to prepare for it.

On interview day, confidence is key. You should research the company's products and be an active participant during any interview games. Not playing a game well or not knowing much about it can hinder your progress (though not always). Try to speak clearly and be detailed in your responses to help showcase your passion and knowledge of the field.
