Process
A long cycle of interviews occurred over the course of a day after a brief phone interview. They flew me out to Madison to show me the cool buildings, ask some personality questions, and administer a programming test. I lied and said I had a job offer for more already to see what happened. They didn't offer at the time, but after they did... it seemed like they didn't care about other offers.
