I was contacted by a recruiter after posting my resume on Monster. They asked me to apply on their site if I was interested in the position they emailed me about.

After applying online, I had a quick phone interview. We talked about the job and my previous experiences at my internship. I just tried to seem eager about the job and have a can-do attitude about learning things I had no experience with.

A couple days after the interview, I was contacted to take some written assessment, which I did not end up taking. But I have heard it consists of some basic logic stuff.

They just wanted to know about my background and some details for the projects I had been working on in my internship.
