First round was an online assessment with math, programming logic, and LeetCode-style questions.

Final round was Super Day-style with 4 different sections.

Company overview presentation (not really an interview).

Then a role interview, talking with a current engineer.

Then a technical case interview, walking through cases of server errors, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

HR interview: expected salary, start dates, how you did, and an additional opportunity to ask questions.

Pros: I'm a new employee, so just speaking to what I know so far. The interview process was the best of any I have ever had. The assessments were reasonable and interview questions were practical. And it seems like the company has an emphasis on fostering new talent which is a great way to get into healthcare software if that's your thing.

Cons: 100% In person, which isn't a problem for me but something to be conscious of when deciding to apply
