Short phone interview. The interviewer was pretty chill and talked about some of the cool stuff on the work campus.
Then I had an unnecessarily long skill assessment that was 4-ish hours, if I remember right. The assessment had some easy math questions, and then some really random questions that were almost like riddles. These were fill-in-the-blank answers, so I couldn’t explain my answers, and they also didn’t provide a correct answer afterward—if there even was one.
Then there was this weird learning section where we had to learn the syntax/logic of a coding language they made up.
Then a final coding section that had 3 questions and took a while. There was no way to run or debug my code, which made it difficult.
Pretty dumb test.
Simple math problems, some hard coding questions, weird riddle-type/logic questions, coding questions.
