Process
First, I had a one-hour-long phone interview. I was asked simple data structures questions (linked lists, BFS of a binary tree, hashes).
I just took a three-hour-long test for them as well. The first two sections were SAT-type brain teasers and questions. The third section was based on a made-up programming language, and the fourth section had four problems that took about 30 minutes each.
Questions
Word Search: Given an NxN grid of characters and a word to find, find all instances of that word and print out a list of the coordinates of each character in the word.
