I applied online and received an email from a recruiter with a personality and skills test. After completing that, I received another email a couple of days later with an offer for a phone interview and a link to a writing assessment. After the phone interview, I received an invitation for an on-site visit and interview. They flew me out to Madison, and I had to go in for a few more hours of skills testing that afternoon. I also went for a tour and dinner with a few other candidates and an Epic employee that night. The next day was a full day of one-on-one interviews, tours, and even more skills testing. Overall, it was a pretty exhausting experience, and the campus certainly was interesting. However, I didn't like how disorganized they seemed to be, and there didn't seem to be any opportunities for career growth. They waited the full two weeks to get back to me after my visit, and I wasn't too disappointed when I didn't receive an offer.
