Relatively standard interview process. Starts with a recruiter, with both previous experience and personality/behavioral questions.
Then, on to design, coding, and further behavioral interviews.
My overall experience was positive, until the last part of the process. I was ghosted for over 4 weeks by my recruiter, finally being sent a form rejection email. This really soured my view of the entire process, because they tout their values constantly. I don't think ghosting a candidate for weeks is included in those values. This alone sent up several red flags.
