As an intern I had access to all webinar-events, company-wide challenges, and the specific groups (think clubs/orgs) within the company!
No specific cons - this is very team specific. I had a wonderful team and my general experience with the company was worth-while.
A panel of 5 engineers from the team asked me technical questions about projects and previous experiences from my resume. They also asked basic behavioral questions about overcoming problems and teamwork.
First, there was an online assessment. After that, there was an interview where they asked questions related to business requirements. I attended the first round and was not qualified for the second round of interviews.
I first received the telephone interview, followed by a technical interview. But later, there was no update or even a rejection email. The interview was fairly good. I could answer the majority of the questions, except for just one.
