- To ask for a raise, you have to develop extra tasks for an indeterminate amount of time. No one guarantees you anything, and you are constantly evaluated. Any incorrect step can nullify everything previously achieved.
- They force you to join a union (this is illegal).

- Bureaucracy for everything.
- Little psychological support.
- They do not recognize remote workers.
Recomendaría que contraten profesionales que tengan alguna orientación psicológica para apoyar a sus empleados. También terminar con la burocracia para pedir un aumento.
