The HR directly contacted me after I applied through the portal.
There were two technical interviews. Information about the interview came in an email, with no telephonic communication about clearing any round.
When I emailed to ask about my job status after two days, they gave me a test to complete.
I completed the test and emailed to reply soon, as my LWD was around the corner. They called and asked about all the details, and I told them there were no further rounds and I had cleared all rounds.
What I didn't like is that such a reputed company asks you to join with an existing offer and then leaves you when their process of offer creation, which takes around 2-3 weeks, is done. Really?
Or is it a way to show your superior/organization that you took the employee with a minimum hike on the base salary?
I said I would wait, as it doesn't look nice to switch like that, but they were not ready to release the offer matching my existing offer.
Alas! It looks like it's not actually a professional company I was hoping it to be!
