There were 3 rounds of technical interviews followed by an HR discussion.
I was pretty excited to join JP Morgan till the HR Discussion, as the leadership was very welcoming.
But I hate the way HR had behaved. Being from a service-based industry background, he tried to mold and pin me down. He was selling the brand over talent.
It was a terrible experience for me. I had decided not to join such an organization where talent was treated based on previous industry experience.
I would suggest JP Morgan train their HR not to behave this way.
