Process

Three people were interviewing, out of which one looked like a fresher. She was going in and out. The other two were like doing a favor to humanity by taking the interview.

At the entry, the security woman was talking like a roadside aunty. When I wished them, there was no response. They were only busy reading the resume as if it was their interview.

The interview happened on the ground floor where there was not even drinking water.

In between, people were coming to ask to vacate the room as they needed a room for a meeting. So the HR was in a hurry to wind up the candidates. The consultant sent 5-6 candidates, out of which 2 with lesser experience were asked to wait, and the rest, all experienced guys, were asked to leave.

Total waste of time and energy.

At least they should show some interest in the candidate they are representing for JPMC.

The interview panel ensured that a person coming for an interview will never attend JPMC in the future.

Questions

Project-related questions and asking random stuff from the resume, not bothered to listen... just asking for the heck of it.

Three people on the panel: one male, one old lady, and one who seemed like a fresher.

No intro, no response on greeting them. They should be in some tea stall, not a JPMC-level company.
