I've had the pleasure of engaging with numerous teams throughout this exciting journey. The experience has significantly contributed to my personal and professional growth. I believe that working with cutting-edge technology is invaluable and always enhances my expertise.
Moreover, the chance to advance my technical skills alongside principles and systems design, as well as architecture, represents a noteworthy achievement in my career.
I have found that most team members are collaborative and operate effectively within structured environments, ultimately resulting in the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
I believe the company falls short due to a lack of genuine consideration from senior leadership regarding employee well-being. The recent RTO initiative is a prime example, especially since many of us had agreements for fully remote positions.
When employees meet or exceed expectations, it’s reasonable to expect the employer to uphold their end of the bargain as well. The argument that being in the office enhances productivity and collaboration doesn’t hold water.
Metrics indicate that when engineers, particularly those on the IC path, have remote work options, they deliver higher-quality results.
While the company claims to prioritize employee wellness, it’s hard to accept when remote work led to a better work-life balance, and now we’re being asked to commute for 1 to 2 hours only to join Zoom calls with mostly remote teammates.
I urge senior leadership to improve in this area and honor their commitments to employees.

I applied to this position on the JPMorgan website, and a few days later, I got an invite for a HackerRank online assessment. They gave me three days to complete it.
During one of my interviews, I immediately noticed the process was not welcoming. There was no proper greeting, and the interviewers seemed distant and uninterested. The lack of clear communication and guidance made me feel uncomfortable and underval
