Good company, but hybrid working is missed.
I really like the company and the people working in it. There are good bonuses and benefits, with plenty of options for growth and obtaining certificates.
A full return to the office is a big letdown, considering people were hired with the promise of hybrid working. Personally, working full-time from the office, I feel less productive than when working from home (fewer distractions).
