Great Job Security, but with a Price to Pay
Job security is good.
Always get a chance to work on the latest technology.
Bonuses and increments are better than at other companies.
Leave policies are good for employees.
You will always have a good amount of work.
No work-life balance. Bossism culture. People need to do a lot of flattery to get a promotion. You won't feel any connection with your colleagues because everyone needs to pull each other down to get a promotion. I feel the salary structure is not market standard.
Remove those idiots from senior positions and educate them on how to treat employees.
