Pros

Benefits are good, and the facilities are nice.

Most people are very friendly and interested in doing good work.

Cons

Return to office after promises of remote positions.

Filled with lifers that don't want to let improvements happen.

Very bad development experiences and practices. You have no choices, poor tools, and a bad VDI experience.

So much emphasis is on conformity to tools that are terrible and policies that inhibit modern software dev practices.

Advice to Management

In office, 60% is stupid. There is literally not enough space for it. Stop pretending it's about collaboration or performance. Stop requiring everyone to use bad tools and poor processes for the sake of conformity, at the expense of better, faster dev practices.
