Intern Software Engineer Interview Experience - India

Process

Biased interview process for the same role for different candidates.

Some had two technical interviews of an hour each. Despite answering 98% of the coding and technical questions, some were not considered for further rounds. Some had a 30-minute technical interview and were directly called for an HR interview.

Very unprofessional interview process, where candidates who had not done so well were considered.

Worst interview experience ever.

Later in the process, candidates who hadn't cleared the first technical round were called for a 30-minute technical interview and given random vacant roles. The good candidates who had cleared all technical rounds were kept waiting and weren't considered.
