I received an email regarding the OA on September 3rd. Then there was complete silence. After that, I got another email regarding a glitch in their system, and then I received the OA link on September 11th. I completed the OA on the same day. On September 17th, I received another email stating that my skills do not match their requirements. I replied to that email, asking why I was shortlisted if my skills didn't match. A day later, I received another email saying my assessment was not up to the mark. I mean, what is this recruitment process?
