Process

Reached out to the recruiter and I had an interview scheduled within approximately two weeks.

  1. (Screening) The first call with the hiring manager was great, and they provided a ton of information regarding the position, team, company, and process.
  2. (Fit Check) The team interview was good, but there wasn't enough time to talk about the actual job.
  3. (Experience Deep-Dive) It turned out to be more of an LLM quiz, whereas the recruiter had told me to prepare for something entirely different. All the questions were easy, but I provided rambling answers. I felt like they wanted to capture my "raw answer," but instead, they just made me feel misled and confused as to what kind of answer they wanted.
  4. (Coding) An easy implementation of their models; I wish there had been more of this.
