There were 2 technical rounds, and both went around 2-3 hours long. There was 1 HR interview for an hour. Then I met the director, and an offer letter was given the next day.
Everyone here is technical (including coders!), except for managers, who are technology aware. The work culture is quite good. A lot of flexibility and empowerment is given to the teams. Flexible timings, work from home, and work-life balance are well taken care of.
