I was interviewing with two project managers. In the beginning, we talked about my experiences and my knowledge and skills. Then, I was introduced to the job position itself and the product.
In the end, I was asked to review two pieces of code in C. These were quite tricky, but you are given two additional attempts if you answer incorrectly. You are allowed to ask questions about them. The idea of these tasks is to see your pattern recognition and your understanding of code.
After the tasks, I was asked some more HR questions.
After one and a half weeks, I was contacted again via phone, and the manager told me whether I was selected or not.
Overall, the interviewing on behalf of Nokia was amazing and very respectful of candidates.
