Well coming to Pro's at working in Nokia 1. It was more or less the same, what everyone tells about the work-life balance. Mostly you will be having decent work-life balance. It's obvious the work pressure might increase based on the work you pile up towards the end of the deadline that management prescribed.
With ~1year of experience 1. I haven't found any good things in the company. I haven't seen any perks or offering some goodies in any of the festive season. (It might not be a con as every company has it's own way of treating their employees.) But sadly I couldn't find any. 2. The company was very domain specific, and if you don't like telecommunication industry, you will find difficult in performing day to day activities, as they doesn't excite you in any way.
Nothing to complain actually, it's their way of doing the business. As I said in the Con's section only like minded people who have the same interest towards the Telecom industry will able to sustain longer.
