good team, canteen at the office, phone benefit
low salary compared to any other employer around, minimal benefits compared to any other employer, toxic project leadership, company premises shrinking every quarter, no opportunity to grow, empty promises, basic simple tasks being outsourced to india making stuff like fix of conference camera in a meeting room impossible

Quick phone screen and an online coding test. Then, a general technical interview with a few easy HR-type questions about interests, previous projects, working in a team, and motivation, etc.
