New People, big company, stable
Less sallary, small bonusem, working hours
The interviewers were easy-going. They asked for a few projects on the resume and about OOP and full-stack web development. It was a really nice experience. The process took about a week. It was an overall satisfying experience.
It wasn’t good enough, and their behavior was not good. So I decided not to move forward and withdrew my request for the job. My suggestion is to find a company which helps you reach the high level of well-being in your daily life.
Quick phone screen and an online coding test. Then, a general technical interview with a few easy HR-type questions about interests, previous projects, working in a team, and motivation, etc.
