CEO and leadership are ethical, competent, respectful, and appreciative.
Generous WFH policies. Flat hierarchies, team spirit.
Cons: Employees are encouraged to not work overtime and take ample PTO to recover. Realistically, though, the workload, topic complexities, and deadlines often require going overtime.
