Process

The interview process involved three interviewers, conducted one after another. Overall, I felt extremely disrespected by the interviewers, particularly one of them who held the highest position.

For instance, during the interview, I was asked about who the SA is for the job. I told the interviewer that I did not find any mention of SA in the job description. However, he expressed disbelief and questioned my familiarity with the job description, despite the fact that SA was indeed not mentioned in it.

Furthermore, it felt quite belittling when an interviewer lacking a computer science background or software development experience doubted my programming abilities without even conducting an online coding test. As a Ph.D. in computer science, it was disheartening to be questioned in such a manner.

Additionally, the interviewer did not assess my English abilities but instead questioned my proficiency in the language.

In minor matters, I was asked to present some slides regarding my recent work, even though HR had not informed me about it in advance.
