Overall, fast turnarounds with feedback.

The first round was an HR phone screen. HR (Zehra) was a responsive and positive person to talk to. She started with standard HR questions, followed by me discussing my experiences. She quickly scheduled the next day's interview with the hiring manager. Two days later, I interviewed with another manager from a different team. The last round was with teammates the following week, which heavily discussed my previous work experiences and data engineering details.

I received a callback within a week stating the hiring process was competitive. Eventually, they decided to go with another candidate who had experience with a specific tool they would be using. Although I didn't get the job, the hiring process was smooth. Receiving positive feedback was also a big plus, especially for someone on the job market looking for ways to improve.

The interview was full of conversational and situational questions on projects that I worked on before and what I can bring to the table.
