Interview for Pinterest.

The first part was a recruiter call, then a technical phone screen.

After that, their virtual onsite interview loop, which consisted of:

• A behavioral section
• Two DS/A sections
• One web coding round

I felt like I crushed all the sections, and every single one of the interviewers gave me feedback right after, saying I did great. Yet, the feedback from the recruiter was that the team wanted someone more technically strong. Like, huh?

It feels like they genuinely wasted my time and probably already had someone they wanted to hire.
