Software Engineer II Interview Experience - Seattle, Washington
Process
The interview process took about 1.5 months from the moment I applied for the role.
I went through:
- Recruiter Screening Call
- Hiring Manager (Tech Signal and Behavioral Questions (TACOS))
- Two back-to-back interviews: 1.5 hours of coding with two interviewers (LeetCode Medium Sliding Windows and palindrome search) and 1 hour of System Design (built a booking service for events).
After 5 days, I was rejected due to failing the coding part.
Overall, it was great to communicate with the hiring team. They were very friendly, supportive, and transparent, so I would love to apply again after a 6-month cooldown period.
