Process
I received a call from a recruiter who scheduled a screening interview. The person conducting the screening interview seemed uninterested. The call lasted for an hour, and precisely at the 59-minute mark, they stated they had another meeting and ended the call.
I can only imagine these are the people future candidates will be working with. I was fortunate that they never called me back, and I will not have the "pleasure" of working with such individuals.
