I like it here!
I like it at Ripple. The company seems to have a great future. (Part of that is having a ton of money in the bank, which means we have a really long runway for getting the product right and achieving profitability.)
The people I've worked with here are professional and smart. I like my teammates, and enjoy the work that I do. Work/life balance is great. I've never worked more than 40 hours a week here, and scheduling PTO has been easy.
I hear of politics, but I haven't seen much of it personally. Maybe I've been lucky.
Do whatever it takes to keep people here.
