Pros: As for Latin America, the pay cannot be better. The benefits we have are great too: ESPP program, wellness refunds, education fund, and grocery discount. The work team is also great; I've never had any issue with any of the multiple global teams I've worked with.

Cons: As a big company, one day you are the best, but when they need to cut some heads, all that means nothing. They keep pushing for the latest at the cost of tech debt.
