Process

I went through two phone calls, one online assessment, and one on-site interview.

First, a recruiter called for a screening. We discussed my experience and details about the position.

Then, the hiring manager called and tried to understand if I was a good fit for the team based on my experience.

After that, they sent me an online assessment and asked me to complete the task in two hours. I submitted my solution.

Lastly, I had an on-site interview in Indianapolis. This consisted of three sessions:

  • One with the hiring manager, covering general issues.
  • One with another manager, focusing mostly on behavioral questions.
  • One with two senior engineers for a technical evaluation.

I passed all stages and received an offer.
