Pros

As for Latin America, the pay cannot be better. The benefits we have are great too: ESPP program, wellness refunds, education fund, and grocery discount. The work team is also great; I've never had any issue with any of the multiple global teams I've worked with.

Cons

As a big company, one day you are the best, but when they need to cut some heads, all that means nothing.

They keep pushing for the latest at the cost of tech debt.

Advice to Management

Nothing really. I had really good working relationships with all my managers, some more than others, but overall, each showed true intentions in unlocking me and pushing my career.
