Pretty Average. The initial two rounds of technical interviews had very decent questions. The demo round is luck; you can expect out-of-the-box questions. As expected, don't spend a huge amount of time coding, as no one is going to review it.
I had a panel interview where I had to present on running a project as a Technical Architect, given a particular Salesforce use case. The panel included seasoned Salesforce Architects and asked a good mix of functional and technical questions.
First round was fairly technical - interviewer covered more topics, so more breadth than depth I would say. Second round was deep technical - was asked a lot of questions around JWT token and OAuth architecture. Also event-driven integrations and asy
