The interview process began with a single HR phone interview, followed by two rounds of technical phone interviews. Candidates were then asked to complete a design verification (DV) project and prepare a presentation.
Upon passing these initial stages, I traveled for an onsite interview. This consisted of a presentation and four technical interviews, each with two employees. Most rounds covered a mix of design verification (DV), SystemVerilog, digital design, object-oriented programming (OOP), and sorting/selection algorithms. I was not prepared for optimized sorting algorithm questions.
While most interviewers and employees were pleasant, a few were rude or communicated their questions poorly.
How would you write a test plan for a FIFO?
Create an AND gate from NAND gates.
How do you select two values from an array whose sum is some value p in linear time?
